Fresh Linguine
The versatile classic, perfected without gluten. Years of recipe development by our founder Tori, who lives gluten-free herself, produced a linguine with an elegant, slightly flat strand and a beautiful al dente bite. Because it's fresh rather than dried, it cooks in just 2–3 minutes and goes straight from the freezer to the pan in under 4. Equally at home with a simple lemon-garlic oil, a rich seafood sauce, or a vibrant pesto. The one shape every store needs.

Nothing to hide.
Great pasta doesn't need a long ingredients list. Ours starts with what's worked for centuries: eggs, flour, a binder. Nothing else. We obsessed over every component until the result was indistinguishable from the real thing.
Free-Range Egg
The soul of every strand. Eggs give our pasta its golden colour, richness, and that silky texture that holds sauce the way only fresh pasta can. We use only free-range eggs, because quality starts at the source.
Rice Flour
Our flour of choice. Fine-milled rice flour delivers a clean, neutral flavour that lets the egg and sauce do the talking, with a light, satisfying bite that actually holds up when cooked al dente. No wheat. No compromise.
Natural Binder
What holds it all together without corn starch, xanthan gum, or the fillers most gluten-free pasta brands rely on. Many competitors use corn because it's cheap. We don't. Corn adds a starchy, gummy texture that gives gluten-free pasta its reputation. Ours uses a clean natural binder that gives structure without the aftertaste.
